How long does shipping take?

We aim to process and ship your order typically within 1-7 business days. Please keep in mind that this timeframe excludes weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

We are delighted to offer our products to customers within the United States and its territories (including Alaksa & Hawaii)


While we would plan to reach every corner of the globe, our current shipping service is focused on providing the best experience for our U.S. based customers and its territories.

*Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, and 2-4 weeks for orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, all other US territories

What are the shipping options?

We entrust the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your orders to your doorstep.

Ground Advantage: 2 - 5 Business Days

Priority Mail: 1 - 3 Business Days

Priority Mail Express: Next Day - to - 2 Days

*Not available for PO Boxes

*Please allow an extra 6 - 10 business days for international priority mail and 1 - 4 weeks for first-class package international

What if my order is returned to sender?

If a package is returned or not received as the result of an incorrect address, missing unit/apartment number, failure to reschedule a delivery, unclaimed package, or unregistered tenant, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Whether it's reshipping your order, offering a refund, or addressing any specific concerns, we are dedicated to finding the best solution.


Lost, stolen, or damaged packages?

While we take every precaution to package your order securely and entrust it to reliable carriers, please note that once the package is in transit and delivered, we are not liable for any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
