Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship your order within 1–7 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During high-volume periods or special launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

We currently ship within the United States and its territories, including:

Please allow additional delivery time for remote destinations:

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note that certain expedited shipping methods may not be available for P.O. boxes or all destinations.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States and its territories. We hope to expand in the future and appreciate your interest and patience.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a package is returned or not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing unit/apartment number, unclaimed delivery, or unregistered tenant:

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s reshipping the order (additional shipping fees may apply), offering store credit, or addressing other concerns.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take care to package your order securely and use reliable carriers, once your package is in transit, Honeyed Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Honeyed Essentials, each product is created with care and intention. Because many of our offerings are made-to-order or digital, we do not offer returns unless explicitly stated for a product and maintain the following refund and exchange guidelines:

Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable. Due to their instant nature, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any digital downloads or content.

Body Care Products
Our body care items are made fresh to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
However, we do accept exchanges for the same product if it arrives damaged or defective due to material or craftsmanship on our end.
To qualify:

Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery (based on the date marked by the shipping carrier).

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
We will review your request and work with you to find the best solution.
Please note: Exchanges are only available for the same item originally purchased.

Shipping Issues
Once your order is in transit, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim if an issue occurs.

Custom Orders & Cancellations
We are unable to provide refunds if:

You change your mind after a made-to-order product has been processed.

Incorrect information was provided during customization (e.g., scent selection, product type, etc.).

Spa Services
Refund and rescheduling policies for spa treatments are clearly outlined at the time of booking. You may view them before completing checkout—no purchase is necessary to review.
