Due to the nature of our digital products, they are not available for exchange or refund.
Body Care Products:
Exchange:

In the event a product is defective or damaged we accept exchanges for made-to-order body care products (exchange must be the same product purchased). Customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the defective/damaged product (based on delivery date reported by carrier)

Returns:

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, they are not available for returns/refunds.

​Once a package has been shipped, we cannot be held liable for stolen, lost, or damaged-in-transit packaging.

Exceptions: Returns/refunds are not applicable if customer changes mind after made-to-order product has entered production or incorrect information was provided by the customer during customization

Exceptions: A product may be exchanged if is defective due to material or craftsmanship on our end. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the defective/damaged product so that we may find the best solution for you!

Lounge Wear:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Failure to deliver due to incorrect information provided by the customer (ex. wrong address, failure to claim shipment) will result in reshipment costs customer is responsible for.​
