Please note that these platforms charge a significant commission, which reduces our payment for the service rendered. To ensure we can continue to provide the same high-quality experience to all our clients, a service fee of $25 is applied to facial appointments booked through ClassPass.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement: - A deposit (book fee retainer) is required to secure your appointment. | Cancellations: - Client has 48 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel and receive a full refund on deposit | Cancellations After 48 Hours: - The deposit(booking fee retainer) is non-refundable but appointment can be rescheduled if proper notice is given. | Rescheduling Policy: - Client may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to transfer the deposit. | - Clients can reschedule after 24 hours without penality once. | No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): - Deposit (booking fee retainer) is forfeited. | - A new deposit will be required for future bookings. | | *Same Day and Next Day Appointments: | Clients who cancel or fail to show up for their same-day or next-day appointment will be charged 50% of the service price, as it is unlikely that the appointment slot can be refilled on short notice. | If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 2 - 4 hours before your appointment. Reschedules are allowed once without penalty. Emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please reach out, and exceptions may be made at esthetician`s discretion.
