Service Description
Lash refills are perfect for maintaining the fullness of your lashes between your full sets. The refill service is for clients who are looking to fill in any gaps caused by natural lash shedding, keeping your look looking fresh and flawless. Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly your natural lashes shed. The service includes a complimentary lash bath and touch-ups for any fallen lashes. 1 Week: 85-90% full 2 Weeks: 50-85% full 3 Weeks: 50% full Note: If your lashes are less than 50% full at the time of your refill, it will be considered a full set rather than a refill.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellations: Booking: To book an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required. This will be applied to the final cost of your service. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If you no-show without prior notice, a 50% charge of the total service cost will apply. Lash Health & Aftercare: Lash Condition: It’s essential to have healthy, natural lashes to ensure the best results with extensions. If your natural lashes are too short, sparse, or damaged, a consultation will be required before proceeding with the full set. Aftercare Kit: Every full set includes a complimentary aftercare kit with lash cleanser, wand, and a soft brush for easy maintenance. Aftercare Instructions: Proper aftercare is vital for the longevity of your lashes. Clients will receive digital aftercare instructions , and are expected to follow them for best results. Refills: Timing: Refills should be scheduled every 2–3 weeks to maintain the fullness of your lashes. Anything beyond that will require a full set. Retention: Lash extensions naturally shed with your natural lashes. For optimal retention, avoid rubbing your eyes or using oil-based products near your lashes. Lash Removal: Removal Fee: If you wish to have your lash extensions removed, a $20 removal fee will apply. Removal is a delicate process and should not be done at home to avoid damage to your natural lashes. Foreign Lashes: If you come to me with lash extensions done elsewhere, please book a foreign fill consultation so I can assess the condition of your lashes and determine if a fill is possible. If not, we may need to remove the current lashes and start fresh with a full set. Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session, and a late fee will apply to the cost of the service. Refunds: Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are given once a service is completed. If there is any issue, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment, and I will work to resolve it.
