This complimentary experience is designed for new clients who want guidance, clarity, and a moment to reset before starting a skincare journey. During your visit, we’ll begin with a gentle conversation about your skin concerns, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll take a look at your skin in real time and help you understand what it may be needing right now—no pressure, no overwhelm, just simple clarity. You’ll also receive a mini facial experience featuring: Gentle cleanse to refresh and reset the skin Lightweight moisturizer to restore hydration and comfort - Highly Suggested For Those With Sensitive Skin, Allergies, or Experiencing Hormonal Changes - Patch Tests require 48-72 hrs to determine skin reaction - This service is for new clients only


Cancellation Policy

Payment: - Booking retainer (deposit) or full payment is required before your appointment to secure your spot, except for bundle deals or gift certificates, which can be paid in person at the appointment. ​ Cancellation: - Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, but you may reschedule with proper notice. ​ Rescheduling: - Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to transfer your payment to a new date. - Reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment are allowed once without penalty. - Multiple instances of rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a full charge of the service ​ No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): - Full payment is forfeited. - A new full payment will be required for future bookings. ​ Same-Day & Next-Day Appointments: - Cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price due to short notice and difficulty filling the slot. - Reschedules for appointments made the same day are not allowed. It will be considered a cancellation/no show and will result in a full service charge ​ Late Policy: - Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period before being considered a no-show. - If you contact us before the 15-minute mark to inform us you’ll be late, we may still be able to accommodate you based on the esthetician’s discretion. - If we do not hear from you within the 15-minute window, you will be contacted.
