Deposit Requirement: - A deposit is required to secure your appointment. | Cancellations: - Client has 48 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel and receive a full refund on deposit | Cancellations After 48 Hours: - The deposit is non-refundable but appointment can be rescheduled if proper notice is given. | Rescheduling Policy: - Client may reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to transfer the deposit. | - Clients can reschedule within 24 hours without penality once. (Multiple instances = Deposit forfeited) | No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): - Deposit is forfeited. | - A new deposit will be required for future bookings. | * Next Day Appointment: - Client can reschedule once without penalty | - Multiple rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hrs of appointment = deposit forfeited | | *Same Day Appointment: | Clients who cancel or fail to show up for their same-day appointment will be charged 100% of the service price, as it is unlikely that the appointment slot can be refilled on short notice. | If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 2 - 4 hours before your appointment. Reschedules are allowed once without penalty. | Emergencies happen.
