Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements: Minimum Group Size: 3 people Maximum Group Size: 6 people (larger groups may require additional estheticians and space rental fees) Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due on the day of the event. Deposit Payment: The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date with 48 hours' notice. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled party. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit with no exceptions. Rescheduling: You can reschedule the event with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit to confirm the new date with no exceptions. Travel & Location: On-Site Service: We offer at-home spa parties within the Acadiana area. For locations outside a 20-mile radius, a travel fee may apply. Space Rental: If you prefer a rented location for your party, an additional fee for space rental may apply. Please confirm with us before booking. Services: Facials: We offer express facials and customized facials as part of our party package. Customized Treatments: Additional treatments can be requested for an extra fee, based on availability and time. Client Responsibilities: Punctuality: Please ensure that all guests arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service for the entire group. Guest Count: Final guest count must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the event. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to the event. We are not responsible for adverse reactions or injuries that may occur during the event. Payment & Gratuity: Payments: Final payments are due on the day of the event. We accept credit cards, cash, or mobile payments Gratuity: A 15-20% gratuity for the estheticians is appreciated and will be added to the final bill for parties for 3 and above Liability: By booking a spa party with us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
